   欧意机构成立于2004年10月.三年来经过全体员工的努力,公司已经从单纯的唱片公司(涂鸦文化)发展以人为本,创意为先的综合文化传媒企业,设有艺员经济部 广告部 策划部 大型活动部 设计部 等部门。
  OE Group was established in Oct.,2004. With three years’efforts, it has developed into a people-oriented ,innovation-centered cultural media group with many departments,such as advertising department,operation department,VI image design department etc.
